1. Returns and Refunds

- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- It should not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Restocking Fee:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing returns.

Shipping Costs:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Additionally, the buyer is responsible for the initial shipping costs incurred when the product was sent to them.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to notify us of your intent to return the product.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping: Ship the product back to the address provided along with the RMA number.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund amount will be adjusted for the restocking fee and initial shipping costs.
